As an App Automation Engineer Analyst, your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and testing automation workflows using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools. You will deploy RPA components, including bots and development tools, and create process and end-user documentation. Ensuring the quality of automation through QA processes and communicating coding standards are also key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers.

Key duties involve providing guidance on process design and assuring the quality of automation. You will handle complex problem analysis and solving, with daily interactions among peers and potential engagement with clients and management. This role requires an individual contributor capable of overseeing small work efforts or teams, with potential for rotational shifts.

We are seeking candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience, possessing a strong understanding of Microsoft Robotic Process Automation. A degree in any field is required. Familiarity with Automation Anywhere is considered a plus.

Ideal candidates will be adept at analyzing and solving complex problems, demonstrating initiative with minimal daily task guidance. You will be expected to make decisions that impact your own work and potentially that of others. Proficiency in scripting languages such as C, VB.NET, or Python is beneficial for aiding automations.
