This role involves implementing cutting-edge software, automating complex business processes, and managing IT systems to enhance operational efficiency. You'll analyze data to optimize performance and contribute to major initiatives like Application Hosting Operations (AHO) and Intelligent Automation.

Automate business processes using Robotic Process Automation tools such as Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere. Integrate cognitive RPA technologies like OCR, NLP, ML/AI, and APIs to enhance automation capabilities. Develop solutions by writing code in scripting languages including C, VB.NET, and Python.

Design the architecture for automation solutions and RPA tools. Create process flows, write code, and generate technical documentation for end-to-end automation delivery. Provide guidance on process design, develop and test automation workflows, and deploy RPA components.

We are seeking candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in Application Automation Engineering, specifically with Microsoft Robotic Process Automation. Expertise in RPA tools like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Uipath, and Power Apps is essential.

Key responsibilities include supporting the launch and implementation of RPA solutions, creating process and end-user documentation, and assuring the quality of automation through QA processes. Experience with scripting languages like C, VB.NET, and Python is required. Familiarity with OCR, NLP, ML/AI, and API integrations is also crucial for this role.
