The Tech For Operations (TFO) team is dedicated to providing innovative and secure technologies that enable clients to build intelligent operating models and achieve remarkable results. TFO focuses on leveraging technology to enhance and streamline business operations, including implementing software solutions, automating processes, and managing IT systems. This involves data analysis for performance optimization and efficiency gains, ultimately boosting productivity and operational effectiveness.

This role is key in automating business processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere. It also involves cognitive RPA techniques like OCR, NLP, ML/AI, and API integrations. You will write code using scripting languages like C, VB.NET, and Python to support automation efforts. Designing the architecture for automation solutions and RPA tools, creating process flows, and developing comprehensive technical documentation are also integral parts of this role, ensuring end-to-end automation.

As an Application Automation Engineer Analyst, your primary responsibilities include:

- Providing expert guidance in process design. - Developing, testing, and configuring automation workflows. - Deploying critical RPA components, including bots, development tools, code repositories, and logging mechanisms. - Supporting the successful launch and implementation of RPA solutions. - Creating detailed process and end-user documentation. - Ensuring the quality of automation through rigorous QA processes. - Performing code reviews and mentoring junior developers. - Consistently delivering high-quality services to our clients. - Addressing browser and client-specific compatibility issues. - Analyzing and resolving lower-complexity problems effectively.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. - A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation. - Experience with Robotic Process Automation tools like Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Power Apps is advantageous. - Familiarity with scripting languages such as C, VB.NET, and Python for automation. - The ability to design automation solution architectures. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
