We are looking for an App Automation Engineer Analyst to join our Tech for Operations (TFO) team. This role focuses on leveraging technology to build an intelligent operating model and drive remarkable results. You will collaborate closely with sales, offering, and delivery teams to conceptualize and develop cutting-edge solutions that enhance business operations through automation and system management.

This role involves designing, building, and configuring applications to meet specific business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for automating business processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere. Additionally, you will utilize cognitive RPA capabilities like OCR, NLP, ML/AI, and API Integrations. The role includes writing code with scripting languages like C, VB.NET, and Python to facilitate automation, designing automation solution architectures, and creating comprehensive technical documentation.

Key responsibilities include providing guidance on process design, developing and testing automation workflows, and deploying RPA components. You will also support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions, create end-user documentation, and ensure the quality of automation through robust QA processes. This position requires analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems, with daily interaction among peers before updating supervisors.

We are seeking candidates with experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation. A strong understanding of RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, UI Path, and Power Apps is essential. Proficiency in scripting languages like C, VB.NET, and Python is required for developing automation solutions. Experience with cognitive RPA technologies including OCR, NLP, ML/AI, and API integrations is also necessary.
