This role is part of the Tech For Operations (TFO) team, dedicated to building intelligent operating models through innovative and secure technologies. TFO focuses on streamlining business operations by implementing software solutions, automating processes, and managing IT systems. Analyzing data to optimize performance and ensure efficiency are key aspects, with a focus on enhancing productivity and operational effectiveness.

Design, build, and configure applications to meet specific business process and application requirements. Automate business processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools like Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere, incorporating technologies such as OCR, NLP, ML/AI, and API integrations. Write code in languages like C, VB.NET, and Python to support automation efforts.

Architect automation solutions and RPA tools, design process flows, and develop technical documentation for end-to-end automation. Key responsibilities include providing guidance on process design, developing and testing automation workflows, deploying RPA components, and supporting the implementation of RPA solutions. Assure automation quality through QA processes.

We are seeking an Application Automation Engineer Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience. Essential skills include a strong understanding of Microsoft Robotic Process Automation, along with proficiency in RPA tools such as AA, UiPath, and Power Apps. Experience with scripting languages like C, VB.NET, and Python is crucial for developing automation solutions.

Ideal candidates will have experience in designing automation architectures and implementing RPA solutions. This role involves analyzing and solving lower-complexity problems, collaborating with peers, and receiving moderate-level instruction. The ability to work in rotational shifts may be required. Familiarity with Cognitive RPA technologies like OCR, NLP, ML/AI, and API Integrations is highly beneficial.
