The TFO team collaborates closely with sales, offering, and delivery teams to create cutting-edge solutions that enhance business operations through technology.

The Tech For Operations function focuses on leveraging technology to streamline and improve business processes. Key activities include implementing sophisticated software solutions, automating repetitive tasks, and managing essential IT systems. This role also involves in-depth data analysis to optimize performance and ensure operational efficiency, ultimately boosting productivity and effectiveness. Major sub-deals within this area include Application Hosting Operations (AHO), Infrastructure Management (ISMT), and Intelligent Automation.

Automate business processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere. Implement cognitive RPA capabilities including Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence (ML/AI), and API Integrations. Develop code using scripting languages like C, VB.NET, and Python to support automation initiatives. Design the architecture for automation solutions and RPA tools, create process flows, write code, and produce comprehensive technical documentation for end-to-end automation. Provide expert guidance on process design, develop and test automation workflows, and deploy RPA components. Support the successful launch and implementation of RPA solutions, create essential process and end-user documentation, and ensure the quality of automation through rigorous QA processes.

This role requires individuals adept at analyzing and resolving lower-complexity problems. Daily interactions will primarily be with peers within Accenture, with updates provided to supervisors. Client and Accenture management exposure may be limited. Guidance on daily tasks will be moderate, with detailed instructions for new assignments. Decisions made will impact individual work and potentially the work of others. As an individual contributor, you will work within a focused scope as part of a team. This position may require adaptability to work in rotational shifts. A background in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation is essential. Experience with RPA tools such as AA, UiPath, and Power Apps is required. 'Any Graduation' is the minimum educational qualification.
