The Tech for Operations (TFO) team is at the forefront of delivering innovative and secure technologies to enable intelligent operating models for our clients. We collaborate closely with sales, offering, and delivery teams to develop cutting-edge solutions. This role is integral to major sub-deals like Application Hosting Operations (AHO), Infrastructure Management (ISMT), and Intelligent Automation. We aim to automate business processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere. This includes leveraging cognitive RPA technologies like OCR, NLP, ML/AI, and API integrations. We also utilize scripting languages like C, VB.NET, and Python to support automation efforts. Architects will design automation solution architectures and RPA tool frameworks, develop process flows, write code, and produce comprehensive technical documentation for end-to-end automation.

We are seeking an App Automation Engineer Analyst to join our team. This position focuses on designing, building, and configuring applications to meet evolving business process and application requirements. You will play a key role in creating efficient and automated solutions.

Design, develop, and test automation workflows to enhance business processes. Deploy RPA components, including bots, development tools, and logging systems. Support the successful launch and implementation of RPA solutions. Create detailed process and end-user documentation. Ensure the quality of automation through rigorous QA processes. Provide guidance on process design and enforce coding standards. Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster skill development. Consistently deliver high-quality services that exceed client expectations. Address browser and client-specific compatibility issues to ensure seamless operation. Analyze and resolve lower-complexity problems with moderate guidance. Collaborate with peers and interact with Accenture management as needed. Execute daily work tasks with clear instructions and detailed guidance for new assignments. Make decisions that impact personal work and potentially influence colleagues' tasks. Must have expertise in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation. Familiarity with Automation Anywhere, UiPath, and Power Apps is beneficial. Possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in application automation and RPA. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Any Graduation). Ability to automate business processes using RPA tools and cognitive technologies. Proficiency in scripting languages such as C, VB.NET, or Python. Experience in designing automation solution architectures and RPA tool frameworks. Skills in creating process flows and writing technical documentation. Experience with code reviews and mentoring junior developers is advantageous. Strong understanding of QA processes to ensure automation quality. Ability to communicate and enforce coding standards effectively.
