Responsibilities include implementing software solutions, automating processes, and managing IT systems that support operational activities. A key aspect is analyzing data to optimize performance and ensure efficiency, ultimately boosting productivity and operational effectiveness.

This position involves significant work with Intelligent Automation, including the application of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere. You will also utilize cognitive RPA technologies like OCR, NLP, ML/AI, and API Integrations to automate complex processes. Proficiency in scripting languages such as C, VB.NET, and Python is essential for developing automation solutions.

Design, build, and configure applications to meet specific business process and application requirements. Automate business processes using Robotic Process Automation tools (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) and cognitive RPA technologies (OCR, NLP, ML/AI, API Integrations). Write code using scripting languages like C, VB.NET, and Python to support automation efforts. Design the architecture of automation solutions and RPA tools, create process flows, and develop technical documentation for end-to-end automation. Provide guidance on process design and ensure the quality of automation through QA processes. Deploy RPA components, including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools. Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions, including creating end-user documentation. Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems, interacting primarily with peers before updating supervisors.

Proven experience with Microsoft Robotic Process Automation. Proficiency in designing, developing, and testing automation workflows. Experience with deploying RPA components such as bots, robots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools. Ability to create process and end-user documentation, and assure the quality of automation through QA processes. Required skills include RPA tools like Automation Anywhere, UiPath, and Power Apps. Familiarity with scripting languages such as C, VB.NET, and Python is crucial. Experience in designing automation solution architectures. This role requires 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Any Graduation is considered a qualification for this role.
