Our work spans across Application Hosting Operations (AHO), Infrastructure Management (ISMT), and Intelligent Automation, utilizing advanced technologies like RPA, OCR, NLP, and AI.

As an Application Automation Engineer Analyst, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and testing automation workflows using Robotic Process Automation tools. You'll deploy RPA components, including bots and development tools, and create comprehensive process and end-user documentation.

Key responsibilities include providing guidance on process design, performing code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the quality and successful implementation of RPA solutions. You will also be responsible for understanding browser/client compatibility issues and adhering to coding standards.

This role requires 3 to 5 years of experience in application automation and a strong command of Microsoft Robotic Process Automation. A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.

Ideal candidates will have experience in automating business processes using RPA tools, integrating cognitive technologies like OCR, NLP, and AI, and writing code in languages such as Python, C#, or VB.NET. You should possess the ability to design automation solution architectures and create detailed technical documentation.
