As an Android Mobile Lead, you will be instrumental in developing product features across various app components, including screens, hooks, stores, and API services. A key focus will be maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the shared codebase while it supports multiple brands and tenants. You will also be responsible for enhancing the test suite and the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring seamless app building and distribution. This role involves managing native build processes and release strategies, including Expo prebuild, Gradle, Fastlane, TestFlight, Play Store, and Firebase App Distribution.

We are looking for a candidate proficient in React Native with Expo and TypeScript, possessing strong skills in state management, data handling, forms, validation, and styling. A deep understanding of testing practices, coupled with practical experience in both native mobile platforms and Git/CI discipline, is essential. Familiarity with modern Android development tools such as Android Studio and Jetpack Compose is required. Experience with Firebase is also a must. While not mandatory, skills in GitHub Actions, Fastlane, Gradle signing, mobile observability, and offline-first data storage would be advantageous.
