Lead AGILE best practices and ceremonies for the Global Analytics team, ensuring optimal sprint management. Facilitate effective sprint planning, workflow tracking, and user story development. Provide training and support to team members on AGILE methodologies. Develop and maintain workflow reports to track planning effectiveness, velocity, and areas needing attention. Guide long-term planning documentation and ensure alignment with current goals. Manage daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and sprint ceremonies, proactively identifying and resolving blockers. Maintain holistic team visibility to address day-to-day issues efficiently. Report on long-term roadmaps for key projects and coach junior colleagues on skill development and project delivery.

Demonstrate a strong track record in managing complex projects and proactively identifying improvement opportunities. Possess a structured and organized approach to work, enabling teams to operate within defined frameworks. Exhibit expert-level proficiency in AGILE workflow practices, including Scrum and Kanban. Experience using project management software such as Azure DevOps or JIRA is essential. Strong leadership and communication skills are required to effectively engage with team members and senior leaders, fostering good rapport and acting as a central connector. Some knowledge of data, reporting, analytics, or data engineering domains, along with change management experience, is ideally desired.
