Partner with Google Sales teams to manage and nurture strategic relationships with enterprise clients. Develop and implement measurement frameworks and learning agendas designed to enhance business outcomes.
Effectively manage a complex network of client relationships, encompassing agencies, brands, and internal stakeholders, to drive the adoption of Google's measurement objectives.
Conceptualize and execute in-depth, custom analyses and ad-effectiveness studies to precisely quantify the impact of diverse marketing strategies across various platforms and media channels.
Collaborate closely with Product and Research and Development (R&D) teams to identify and inform the development of next-generation Google tools. Lead client pilots for alpha and beta products, rigorously validating their effectiveness.
Educate the broader industry on Google's strategic approach to measurement. Contribute to the development of white papers detailing advancements in Direct Response (DR) and performance marketing techniques. Translate intricate technical findings into clear, actionable insights suitable for audiences ranging from data scientists to C-suite executives.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
Demonstrate experience with essential measurement techniques, including A/B Testing, Causal Inference, Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs), Geo experiments, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), or Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA).
Proficiency in data querying and analysis using SQL, Python, or R is essential.
Preferred qualifications include 1 year of experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and familiarity with Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform).
An additional year of client-facing experience, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at various levels, is beneficial.
Knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic automation techniques (such as creating dashboards, automating custom reports, and materializing tables) is advantageous.
An inherent ability to analyze large datasets and distill them into insightful, logical, and engaging narratives is crucial.
