Collaborate closely with Google Sales teams to cultivate strategic relationships with enterprise clients. Develop and manage measurement frameworks and 'learning agendas' designed to improve business outcomes.
Oversee a multifaceted client relationship ecosystem, engaging with agencies, brands, and internal stakeholders to promote the adoption of Google's measurement objectives.
Design and execute comprehensive custom analyses and ad-effectiveness studies to accurately quantify the impact of diverse marketing strategies across various platforms and media channels.
Work in tandem with Product and Research and Development (R&D) teams to identify key features for the next generation of Google tools. Spearhead client pilots for alpha and beta products, substantiating their effectiveness through data.
Educate the industry on Google’s measurement strategies. Contribute to the development of White Papers on advancements in Direct Response (DR) and performance marketing techniques. Effectively distill intricate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for a wide range of audiences, from data scientists to C-suite executives.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
Possess at least 5 years of professional experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
Demonstrate experience with various measurement techniques, including A/B Testing, Causal Inference, Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs), Geo experiments, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), or Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA).
Proficiency in data querying and analysis using tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
While not mandatory, 1 year of experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and familiarity with Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform) is advantageous.
One year of client-facing experience, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders across various organizational levels, is preferred.
Familiarity with SQL, databases, and basic automation techniques, such as building dashboards, automating custom reports, and materializing tables, is a plus.
Exhibit a strong capacity to analyze large datasets and synthesize them into compelling, logical, and engaging insights.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey simple yet impactful stories to diverse audiences.
