Implement agile development methodologies and design patterns. Understand business objectives and create models to achieve them, defining metrics for progress. Manage resources efficiently to meet deadlines. Explore and visualize data to identify patterns and distribution differences affecting real-world performance. Ensure data quality through cleaning and verification.

Design and develop machine learning algorithms. Support the creation of risk monitoring frameworks, dashboards, and early warning indicators. Translate enterprise risk and compliance requirements into data-driven, AI-enabled solutions. Integrate data quality checks, audit trails, explainability, and model validation. Prepare and analyze historical data, identifying patterns. Provide technical support for program management and proposal writing. Supervise data acquisition, find relevant datasets, train models, tune hyperparameters, and analyze errors for strategic improvements. Deploy models to production.

This role requires 8-12+ years of experience in the Microsoft technology stack, with a strong background in enterprise-scale applications and leading end-to-end solution delivery. Proven experience in Azure Web Apps development and deployments is essential. Expertise in Microservices and serverless architecture, including Service Fabric, Functions, API Apps, and Message Queues, is required.

Key technical skills include proficiency in .NET/Web API (.NET CORE), and a mandatory strong command of React JS/Angular JS and Next JS frameworks. You will lead frontend architecture decisions, ensuring best practices in React/Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Collaboration with product managers, designers, and backend engineers is crucial for delivering quality features, alongside optimizing application performance and accessibility.

Additional desirable skills include C#/.NET, GenAI prompts, and experience with Azure Cognitive Services. Basic Python knowledge and experience in creating DevOps pipelines are beneficial. A strong understanding of architecting front-end applications integrated with cloud services like Azure Static Web Apps, Azure App Services, Azure CDN/Front Door, and Azure API Management is expected. Experience with identity integration (Azure AD, OAuth2, OIDC) and working with serverless backends (Azure Functions) is necessary. A good grasp of Gen AI and hands-on experience with OpenAI or other GPT models, along with Azure Cognitive Services, is highly valued. The ability to see the big picture and proven experience in designing highly secured and scalable web applications on Azure cloud are critical for success.
