This role focuses on ensuring the financial integrity and operational efficiency of trade payment processes within wholesale and retail channels. The Trade Payment Analyst will manage the entire lifecycle of trade payments, from initial validation and calculation through to execution and reconciliation, working with large, complex datasets to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.

As an Analytics and Modeling Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving complex issues with limited oversight. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and ensure compliance with service-level agreements.

Key duties include: - Managing the full lifecycle of trade payments. - Validating payment accuracy and identifying discrepancies. - Collaborating with territory managers, finance controllers, and external stakeholders. - Ensuring compliance with KPIs and data privacy standards. - Driving continuous improvement initiatives. - Preparing and delivering recurring reports with precision. - Performing reconciliations and handling large datasets.

We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in an analyst role, preferably within finance operations and trade payment processes. A strong understanding of 3rd Party culture and process improvement is essential.

Essential qualifications include: - At least 5-8 years of relevant experience. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate analytical thinking. - Advanced Excel skills for calculations and reconciliations. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook). - Working knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and SharePoint. - Familiarity with SOX controls, audit processes, and compliance requirements. - Any Graduation is required.
