As a Senior Analyst in Analytics and Modeling, you will be a key member of the BI&A Business Insights & Analytics team. Your focus will be on HR data, providing strategic and operational analytics to empower Accenture's business and HR leaders. This role involves leveraging AI to analyze and interpret data, identifying trends that enhance employee performance and inform data-driven decision-making.

You will be responsible for performing data mining, exploratory data analysis, and data preparation on extensive datasets from various sources. This includes developing, validating, and deploying statistical, machine learning, and AI-driven models to address complex workforce and business challenges. You will apply advanced analytics to generate predictive and prescriptive insights, supporting strategic decisions. Building and enhancing analytics solutions with modern Data Science, ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI methodologies is crucial.

Key duties involve utilizing Python, SQL, and cloud technologies for efficient data extraction, transformation, analysis, and modeling. You will develop automated reporting, insight-generation tools, and AI-powered analytical solutions to boost business outcomes. Ensuring data quality, model accuracy, and adherence to responsible AI and data governance principles is paramount. Staying current with the latest trends in Data Science, AI, machine learning, and workforce analytics is expected.

We are seeking individuals with a strong grasp of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques. Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, including feature engineering and performance monitoring, is essential. Familiarity with forecasting, classification, regression, clustering, and optimization techniques is required.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI applications. A solid understanding of Responsible AI principles and model governance is necessary. Proficiency in Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and model development is a must. Experience with data manipulation libraries like Pandas and NumPy, as well as working with BigQuery and cloud-based analytics platforms, is highly valued. Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is preferred.
