This role is crucial for maintaining the financial integrity and operational efficiency of trade payment processes within wholesale and retail channels. The primary responsibility involves overseeing the complete trade payment lifecycle, from initial validation and calculation through to execution and reconciliation.

As a Trade Payment Analyst, you will meticulously validate payment accuracy using large, complex datasets, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution. This position necessitates close collaboration with various teams, including territory managers, finance controllers, and external stakeholders, to optimize processes and adhere to service-level agreements.

Key responsibilities include performing analyses and resolving issues of lower complexity, potentially with limited client or Accenture management exposure. You will receive moderate guidance on daily tasks and detailed instructions for new assignments. Decisions made in this role impact individual work and potentially the efforts of others. You will function as an individual contributor within a team, focusing on a defined scope of work.

Ensuring compliance with KPIs and data privacy standards is paramount. You will be expected to drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction, prepare and deliver recurring reports with precision and timeliness, and leverage strong analytical abilities to handle large datasets and perform reconciliations. Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail are essential to achieve zero variance in payments. Identifying process gaps and proposing automation or improvements will also be a key aspect of this role.

We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional with a proven ability to manage complex trade payment processes with precision and compliance.

Ideal candidates will possess 5-8 years of experience in an analyst or similar role, with a preference for finance operations and trade payment processes. Experience working within a 3rd Party culture and a track record of improving processes for more effective results are highly valued.

Essential qualifications include effective communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to perform under pressure, and strong analytical thinking. Advanced Excel skills for calculations and reconciliations, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook), and working knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and SharePoint are required. Familiarity with SOX controls, audit processes, and compliance requirements is also necessary.

Qualifications include any Graduation. This is a full-time position located in Gurugram.
