As a Trade Payment Analyst, you will be instrumental in maintaining the financial integrity and operational efficiency of trade payment processes across wholesale and retail channels. This role encompasses the complete trade payment lifecycle, from initial validation and calculation through execution and reconciliation.

You will engage with substantial, complex datasets to verify payment accuracy, pinpoint discrepancies, and ensure prompt resolution. Collaboration with territory managers, finance controllers, and external stakeholders will be key to streamlining processes and adhering to service-level agreements.

We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional with at least 5-8 years of experience in an analyst or similar role, ideally within finance operations and trade payment processes. Experience working in a 3rd Party culture and improving processes for enhanced effectiveness is crucial.

Essential skills include effective communication, interpersonal abilities, the capacity to perform under pressure, and strong analytical thinking. Proficiency in Advanced Excel for calculations and reconciliations, along with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Outlook), is required. Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint, SOX controls, audit procedures, and compliance is also necessary.

Key responsibilities involve analyzing and resolving low-complexity problems, potentially with limited client or Accenture management exposure. You will receive moderate guidance on daily tasks and detailed instructions for new assignments. Decisions made will impact your own work and potentially that of others. As an individual contributor within a team, your focus will be on a well-defined scope of work.

You will ensure adherence to KPIs and data privacy standards, drive continuous improvement for efficiency and customer satisfaction, and prepare/deliver recurring reports accurately and on time. A strong analytical ability for handling large datasets and performing reconciliations is vital, alongside exceptional accuracy and attention to detail to ensure zero variance in payments. The ability to identify process gaps and propose automation or improvements is also expected.
