This position focuses on leveraging AI to collect, analyze, and interpret data, uncovering trends and patterns to enhance employee performance. You'll contribute to the development and deployment of advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven solutions designed to tackle complex workforce and business challenges.

Your core responsibilities will involve performing in-depth data mining and exploratory data analysis on vast, complex datasets from diverse sources. You will develop, validate, and deploy statistical, machine learning, and AI models to address key workforce and business issues.

Key duties include applying advanced analytics for predictive and prescriptive insights, building robust analytics solutions using modern Data Science, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI methodologies. You will also utilize Python, SQL, and cloud technologies for efficient data manipulation and modeling, and develop automated reporting and AI-powered tools to optimize business outcomes.

We are seeking candidates with a strong foundation in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques. Essential skills include proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and model development, alongside experience with analytical libraries like Pandas and NumPy.

Candidates should possess experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, feature engineering, and model validation. Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms, particularly BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), is preferred. A Master's degree in a quantitative field and 3+ years of relevant experience are required for this role.
