Join Accenture as an Analytics and Modeling Senior Analyst to drive data-driven insights. This role is integral to our Business Intelligence & Analytics function, supporting Markets and Services leadership with crucial operational intelligence.

You'll contribute to an ongoing program focused on enhancing how we leverage data to inform strategic decisions. This position offers the chance to work with advanced analytics and visualization tools, contributing to Accenture's global success.

Act as a key business partner, delivering analytics, operational support, and reporting to Market Service Leads. Analyze programs related to pipeline improvement, win/loss rates, account planning, and profitability.

Utilize cutting-edge tools like Power BI for impactful data representation and insight generation. Identify and implement process improvements to develop effective business solutions.

Develop comprehensive process documentation, communications, and reports for leadership. Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams and external business functions to achieve business objectives.

Engage with diverse stakeholders to gather insights and drive critical business discussions. Continuously build and enhance your functional and technical skill set. Participate actively in team discussions and process improvement initiatives, taking ownership of your professional development and career management.

A graduate degree is required, with a full-time MBA being a preferred qualification. We seek candidates with 4 to 6 years of post-education experience, including at least 4-5 years in a relevant analytics or business intelligence role.

Demonstrate strong proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint. Expertise in at least one data visualization tool, such as Power BI, is essential. A solid understanding of SQL and SSRS is highly desirable. Experience with Access and VBA will be considered a significant advantage.
