As a Trade Payment Analyst, you will be instrumental in upholding the financial integrity and operational effectiveness of trade payment processes across wholesale and retail channels. This role encompasses the complete trade payment lifecycle, from initial validation and calculation through execution and reconciliation.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing large, complex datasets to ensure payment accuracy, identify discrepancies, and facilitate timely resolutions. You will collaborate closely with territory managers, finance controllers, and external parties to optimize processes and meet service-level agreements.

Key duties involve performing analysis and resolving issues of moderate complexity, with potentially limited client or Accenture management interaction. You will receive structured guidance on daily tasks and detailed instructions for new assignments, impacting your own work and potentially that of others. As an individual contributor within a team, your focus will be on specific work scopes, ensuring compliance with KPIs and data privacy standards, and driving continuous improvement for enhanced efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will also prepare and deliver regular reports with accuracy and timeliness.

We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional adept at managing complex trade payment processes with precision and adherence to compliance standards. A minimum of 5-8 years in an analyst or related role, ideally within finance operations and trade payment processes, is required.

Successful candidates will demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to perform under pressure, and strong analytical thinking capabilities. Proficiency in Advanced Excel for calculations and reconciliations, along with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Outlook), is essential. Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and SharePoint, as well as an understanding of SOX controls, audit procedures, and compliance requirements, is also necessary.

This role requires robust analytical skills for handling extensive datasets and performing reconciliations, coupled with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail to ensure zero variance in payments. The ability to identify process gaps and propose automation or improvements is highly valued.
