This role is integral to maintaining the financial integrity and operational efficiency of trade payment processes across wholesale and retail channels. It involves managing the complete trade payment lifecycle, from initial validation and calculation through to execution and reconciliation.

This position is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of trade payments, from initial validation and calculation to execution and reconciliation. The role requires working with large, complex datasets to validate payment accuracy, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution.

Close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including territory managers, finance controllers, and external stakeholders, is essential to streamline processes and uphold service-level agreements. You will be expected to perform analysis and solve problems of lower complexity, with potentially limited client or Accenture management exposure.

Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with KPIs and data privacy standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction, and preparing and delivering recurring reports with precision and timeliness. You will utilize strong analytical abilities to handle large datasets, perform reconciliations, and demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail to ensure zero variance in payments. Identifying process gaps and suggesting automation or improvements is also a key aspect of this role.

We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional with 5 to 8 years of experience, preferably in finance operations and trade payment processes. A strong understanding of working within a third-party culture and a proven ability to improve processes for more effective results are essential.

Candidates must possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to perform well under pressure, and strong analytical thinking capabilities. Advanced proficiency in Excel for calculations and reconciliations, along with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook), SAP, Salesforce, and SharePoint, is required. Familiarity with SOX controls, audit processes, and compliance requirements is also necessary.
