We are seeking candidates with a Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, People Analytics, or Workforce Analytics is required.

Demonstrated experience in building analytical models and translating insights into actionable business recommendations is essential.
