Key responsibilities include performing extensive data mining, exploratory data analysis, and data preparation on complex, multi-source datasets. You will develop, validate, and deploy statistical, machine learning, and AI models to solve critical workforce and business issues.
Further responsibilities involve applying advanced analytics for predictive and prescriptive insights that guide strategic decisions. This includes building and enhancing analytics solutions using modern Data Science, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI methodologies. Proficiency in Python and SQL is essential for efficient data extraction, transformation, analysis, and modeling.
You will also develop automated reporting, insight generation tools, and AI-powered analytical solutions to boost business outcomes. Ensuring data quality, model accuracy, and adherence to responsible AI and data governance principles are crucial. Staying updated on emerging trends in Data Science and AI is also part of the role. Independent work on routine tasks is expected, with guidance provided for more complex projects.
We are seeking individuals with a Master's degree in fields like Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or Operations Research. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, or a related analytical role is required.
Demonstrated experience in building analytical models and translating insights into actionable business recommendations is essential. Candidates should possess experience working with large, structured, and unstructured datasets. Proficiency in Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and model development is a must.
Experience with data manipulation and analytical libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn is expected. Familiarity with BigQuery and cloud-based analytics platforms is necessary. Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is preferred. A strong understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques is vital.
