This role is within the Business Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) function, supporting Markets and Services through data-driven insights. You will be instrumental in providing operations support and delivering actionable analytics to leadership.

As a key business partner, you will provide comprehensive analytics, management operations support, and reporting to Market Service Leads. Your analysis will cover crucial areas such as pipeline improvement, win-loss rates, account planning, profitability, and chargeability.

You will leverage advanced analytics and data visualization tools, including Power BI, to present insights effectively. Identifying opportunities for process improvements to develop robust business solutions will be a core part of your role. Additionally, you will develop process documentation and communication materials to support leadership initiatives and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.

We are seeking a professional with 5 to 8 years of experience in analytics and modeling. A strong background in Business Intelligence & Analytics is essential, along with proficiency in Data Visualization, Reporting, and Analytics.

Experience in handling global clients is preferred. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player, willing to go the extra mile and work effectively under minimal supervision with a positive, learning-oriented attitude. While a Bachelor's degree is required, a dedication to continuous learning and skill development is paramount.
