This role focuses on ensuring the financial integrity and operational efficiency of trade payment processes across wholesale and retail channels. You will manage the entire lifecycle of trade payments, from validation and calculation to execution and reconciliation. This involves meticulous work with large datasets to ensure payment accuracy, identify discrepancies, and facilitate timely resolution.

A detail-oriented finance professional is sought to manage complex trade payment processes with precision and adherence to compliance standards.

In this role, you will conduct analysis and resolve lower-complexity problems. You may have limited client or Accenture management interaction, receiving moderate guidance on daily tasks and detailed instructions for new assignments. Your decisions will impact your own work and potentially that of others.

You will function as an individual contributor within a team, focusing on a defined scope of work. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with KPIs and data privacy standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction, and preparing and delivering recurring reports accurately and punctually.

Expect to leverage strong analytical abilities for handling large datasets and performing reconciliations, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail to achieve zero variance in payments. You will also be responsible for identifying process gaps and proposing automation or improvement solutions.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 5-8 years in an analyst or similar role, ideally with experience in finance operations and trade payment processes. Experience working within a 3rd Party culture and a proven track record of improving processes for more effective outcomes are essential.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, alongside the ability to perform well under pressure and demonstrate strong analytical thinking. Advanced Excel proficiency for calculations and reconciliations, coupled with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook), is required. Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and SharePoint, as well as an understanding of SOX controls, audit processes, and compliance requirements, is also expected.
