This position involves managing the entire trade payment lifecycle, from validation and calculation to execution and reconciliation.

You will work with extensive datasets to verify payment accuracy, pinpoint discrepancies, and ensure prompt resolution. This role demands close collaboration with various teams, including territory managers and finance controllers, to refine processes and meet service-level agreements.

In this role, you will analyze and resolve lower-complexity problems, potentially with limited client or Accenture management interaction. You'll receive moderate guidance on daily tasks and detailed instructions for new assignments, impacting your own work and potentially that of others.

As an individual contributor, you will focus on ensuring compliance with KPIs and data privacy standards, while driving continuous improvement to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering regular reports accurately and on time, leveraging strong analytical abilities to manage large datasets and perform reconciliations.

Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail are paramount to ensure zero variance in payments. You'll also be responsible for identifying process gaps and proposing automation or improvement solutions.

We are seeking candidates with at least 3-5 years of experience in an analyst role, ideally within finance operations and trade payment processes. Experience working within a 3rd Party culture and a proven ability to enhance processes for better outcomes are essential.

Key qualifications include effective communication and interpersonal skills, the capacity to perform under pressure, and strong analytical thinking. Proficiency in Advanced Excel for calculations and reconciliations, along with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook), SAP, Salesforce, and SharePoint, is required. Familiarity with SOX controls, audit processes, and compliance requirements is also necessary.
