As a Trade Payment Analyst, you will be instrumental in maintaining the financial integrity and operational smoothness of trade payment processes across wholesale and retail channels. Your role will encompass the entire trade payment lifecycle, from initial validation and calculation through execution and final reconciliation.

This position involves meticulous analysis of extensive data sets to confirm payment accuracy, pinpoint discrepancies, and ensure prompt resolution. It requires proactive collaboration with various teams, including territory managers, finance controllers, and external collaborators, to optimize workflows and meet service-level agreements.

We are seeking a finance professional with a keen eye for detail, capable of managing intricate trade payment processes with utmost precision and adherence to compliance standards.

Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an analyst or related role, with a preference for backgrounds in finance operations and trade payment processes. Experience working within a third-party culture and a demonstrated ability to enhance processes for greater effectiveness are highly valued.

Essential qualifications include strong communication and interpersonal skills, the capacity to perform under pressure, and robust analytical thinking abilities. Proficiency in Advanced Excel for complex calculations and reconciliations, along with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Outlook), is required.

Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and SharePoint is beneficial. A foundational understanding of SOX controls, audit procedures, and regulatory compliance is also expected.
