The role involves detailed analysis of large datasets to confirm payment accuracy, pinpoint discrepancies, and facilitate timely resolutions. Collaboration with territory managers, finance controllers, and external partners is essential for streamlining operations and meeting service-level agreements.

As an Analytics and Modeling Analyst, you will conduct analysis and resolve issues of lower complexity, potentially with limited client or Accenture management interaction. You will receive moderate guidance on daily tasks and detailed instructions for new assignments, impacting your own work and potentially that of others.

Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with KPIs and data privacy standards, driving continuous improvement for enhanced efficiency and customer satisfaction, and preparing/delivering recurring reports accurately and punctually. Strong analytical abilities are needed to manage large datasets and perform reconciliations, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail to ensure zero variance in payments. Identifying process gaps and proposing automation or improvements is also a core part of this role.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an analyst role, ideally within finance operations and trade payment processes. Experience in a 3rd Party culture and a proven ability to improve processes for more effective outcomes are desired.

Essential skills include effective communication, strong interpersonal abilities, the capacity to perform under pressure, and robust analytical thinking. Advanced proficiency in Excel for calculations and reconciliations, along with familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Outlook), is required. Working knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and SharePoint is beneficial, as is familiarity with SOX controls, audit processes, and compliance requirements.
