You will engage with extensive, complex datasets to confirm payment accuracy, pinpoint discrepancies, and ensure their timely resolution. The role necessitates close collaboration with territory managers, finance controllers, and external parties to refine processes and meet service-level agreements.

This role focuses on analyzing and resolving issues with lower complexity, potentially with limited client or Accenture management interaction. You will receive moderate guidance on daily tasks and detailed instructions for new assignments, contributing as an individual within a focused team.

Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with KPIs and data privacy standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction, and preparing precise, timely recurring reports. The position demands strong analytical skills for handling large datasets and performing reconciliations, along with meticulous attention to detail for payment accuracy.

We are seeking candidates with at least 3-5 years of experience in an analyst or similar role, preferably within finance operations and trade payment processes. Experience in a 3rd Party culture and a proven ability to enhance processes for more effective outcomes are essential.

Successful candidates will possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to perform well under pressure, and strong analytical thinking. Advanced Excel proficiency for calculations and reconciliations, familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Outlook), and working knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and SharePoint are required. Understanding of SOX controls, audit procedures, and compliance requirements is also necessary.
