This role focuses on ensuring the financial integrity and operational efficiency of trade payment processes. The Trade Payment Analyst will manage the entire trade payment lifecycle, from validation and calculation to execution and reconciliation, working with complex datasets to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.

Key responsibilities include analyzing and resolving lower-complexity problems, with potentially limited client or Accenture management interaction. You will receive moderate guidance on daily tasks and detailed instructions for new assignments, impacting your own work and potentially others. As an individual contributor within a team, you will focus on specific work scopes.

Essential duties involve ensuring adherence to KPIs and data privacy standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction, and preparing/delivering recurring reports accurately and punctually. Strong analytical skills are needed to manage large datasets and perform reconciliations, ensuring zero variance in payments through meticulous attention to detail. Identifying process gaps and proposing automation or improvements is also a crucial aspect of this role.

This position requires 3-5 years of experience in an analyst role, ideally within finance operations and trade payment processes. Experience working within a 3rd Party culture and improving processes for better outcomes is highly valued. The ideal candidate possesses effective communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to perform under pressure, and strong analytical thinking capabilities.

Proficiency in Advanced Excel for calculations and reconciliations, along with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Outlook), is essential. Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and SharePoint is required, as is working knowledge of SOX controls, audit processes, and compliance requirements. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is expected for this role.
