Join Accenture as an Analytics and Modeling Analyst and play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health and operational smoothness of trade payment processes across wholesale and retail sectors. This position oversees the entire trade payment journey, from initial validation and calculation through to execution and reconciliation.
Your work will involve analyzing extensive datasets to confirm payment accuracy, pinpoint discrepancies, and ensure prompt resolution. Collaborative efforts with territory managers, finance controllers, and external parties are key to refining processes and meeting service-level agreements.
As an Analytics and Modeling Analyst, you will tackle lower-complexity problems and contribute to analysis. You may have limited client interaction, receiving moderate guidance on daily tasks and detailed instructions for new assignments.
Your decisions will impact your own work and potentially that of others. You will function as an individual contributor within a team, focusing on a specific scope. Key responsibilities include ensuring adherence to KPIs and data privacy standards, driving continuous improvement for efficiency and customer satisfaction, and preparing/delivering reports accurately and on time.
We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3-5 years in an analyst or similar role, ideally within finance operations and trade payment processes, with experience in a 3rd party culture to enhance process effectiveness.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, the ability to perform under pressure, and strong analytical thinking are essential. Proficiency in Advanced Excel for calculations and reconciliations, along with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook), is required. Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint, SOX controls, audit processes, and compliance requirements is also necessary.
