You'll engage with extensive, intricate datasets to verify payment accuracy, pinpoint discrepancies, and ensure their timely resolution. This involves close collaboration with territory managers, finance controllers, and external parties to optimize processes and meet service-level agreements. A detail-oriented finance professional with a knack for managing complex trade payment processes with precision and adherence to compliance is ideal.

As an Analytics and Modeling Analyst, you will analyze and resolve lower-complexity problems, potentially with limited client or Accenture management interaction. You will receive moderate guidance on daily tasks and detailed instructions for new assignments, with decisions impacting your work and potentially that of others. You will operate as an individual contributor within a team, focusing on a defined scope.

Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with KPIs and data privacy standards, driving continuous improvement to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction, and preparing and delivering recurring reports accurately and on time. Strong analytical abilities are essential for handling large datasets and performing reconciliations, ensuring zero variance in payments through accuracy and attention to detail. You will also identify process gaps and propose automation or improvement solutions.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an analyst or similar role, preferably within finance operations and trade payment processes. Experience in a 3rd Party culture and a track record of improving processes for more effective outcomes are highly valued.

Essential qualifications include effective communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to perform under pressure, and strong analytical thinking. Advanced Excel proficiency for calculations and reconciliations, along with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook), is required. Working knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and SharePoint is expected, as is familiarity with SOX controls, audit processes, and compliance requirements. Any Graduation is required.
