As a Trade Payment Analyst, you will be instrumental in maintaining the financial integrity and operational efficiency of trade payment processes across wholesale and retail channels. Your role will encompass the complete trade payment lifecycle, from validation and calculation through to execution and reconciliation. You will analyze large, complex datasets to confirm payment accuracy, identify any discrepancies, and ensure their swift resolution. This position demands close collaboration with various teams, including territory managers and finance controllers, to optimize processes and adhere to service-level agreements.

We are looking for a detail-oriented finance professional with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an analyst or similar role, preferably within finance operations and trade payment processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, effective communication, and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to perform under pressure. Proficiency in advanced Excel for complex calculations and reconciliations, along with a working knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and SharePoint, is essential. Familiarity with SOX controls, audit processes, and compliance requirements is also expected.
