Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Finance Transformation and Business Finance. This role focuses on implementing and optimizing financial planning solutions, driving innovation, and fostering long-term growth for our clients. You will be instrumental in translating client needs into robust system designs and delivering exceptional customer service.

Implement budgets, forecasts, and reports within Adaptive Planning. Analyze financial and workforce models, translating them into actionable Adaptive Planning configurations. Provide expert technical guidance on design, modeling, configuration, and troubleshooting for the Adaptive suite. Maintain proficiency and certifications in Adaptive Planning solutions. Develop and enhance the existing Adaptive Planning product offering. Understand client requirements, redesign business processes, applications, and system designs. Communicate ideas and solutions effectively to clients, team members, and partners through excellent presentation skills. Lead and collaborate within and outside the team to ensure timely project deliverable completion.

A strong Finance background is recommended, with qualifications such as MBA, PG, CA, or CFA. Possess at least 6 years of overall experience with ERP and EPM solutions, including a minimum of 2 years specifically with Workday. Must hold an Adaptive Planning certification. Certification in both Adaptive Implementation and Workday Financials is a significant advantage. Experience with at least two end-to-end Adaptive Planning implementations is required. Demonstrated proficiency in financial and/or management accounting, coupled with a passion for exceptional customer service. The ability to effectively manage timelines and goals, alongside excellent verbal and written communication skills, is essential. Strong business analysis and requirements gathering capabilities are expected. Candidates should be well-organized and detail-oriented.
