Join our dynamic Enterprise Technology team as a Workday FINS Technical Analyst. We're seeking certified professionals with 3-10 years of experience to design, develop, and support Workday technical solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on global Workday environments, driving functional excellence and innovation.

Key responsibilities include designing and developing Workday integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, and EIB. You will leverage your expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and JSON to build robust solutions. This role involves monitoring and troubleshooting integration failures, supporting Workday releases, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end technical architecture solutions. Additionally, you will conduct workshops for requirement gathering and solution design, ensuring seamless client interactions.

To be successful, you'll need integration certification along with Studio or PECI or Extend certification. A minimum of 5 years in IT integration, with 3 years focused on Workday implementations, rollouts, and AMS projects, is essential. Strong hands-on experience with Core Connectors, EIB, PICOF/PECI, Studio Integrations, Payroll Interfaces, and Workday Extend is crucial. Experience with advanced reporting and middleware technologies is highly valued. Excellent stakeholder management, solution design, and client communication skills are also required.
