Develop and maintain Workday integrations using tools like Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIB.

Utilize REST and SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and JSON for seamless data exchange.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues to ensure system stability.

Support Workday releases, enhancements, and production issues, collaborating closely with functional teams.

Participate in technical workshops for requirement gathering and solution design, engaging with client stakeholders.

Possess integration certification, along with certification in Studio, PECI, or Extend.

Have at least 3 years of hands-on Workday experience and over 5 years in IT integration, with a focus on implementations and AMS projects.

Demonstrate strong expertise in end-to-end Workday integration architecture and implementation.

Proven experience in defining and building interfaces using Core Connectors, EIB, PICOF/PECI, Studio, Payroll Interfaces, and Extend.

Familiarity with advanced reporting features, Workday tenant management, and deployment processes is essential. Experience with Boomerang is highly preferred. Client-facing experience and ability to conduct technical workshops are also key.
