Analyze business requirements and design practical Workday Finance solutions. Configure and provide ongoing support for various Finance modules. Lead business process workshops, gather detailed requirements, and conduct fit-gap analyses. Develop comprehensive Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), including process flow diagrams. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless customization, integration, and reporting. Oversee system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support smooth deployment processes. Deliver end-user training and create essential user manuals and solution documentation. Assist with data migration, validation, and cutover activities. Troubleshoot functional issues and provide robust post-go-live support. Work effectively with cross-functional departments like Finance, Manufacturing, and Technical teams.

Possess 3-10 years of hands-on experience with Workday Finance, covering the full implementation lifecycle from design to post-go-live support. Demonstrate strong functional expertise in at least one Workday Finance module, such as FDM, Financial Accounting, Procurement, Expenses, or Projects. Exhibit a solid understanding of finance business processes and industry best practices. Showcase experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and creating detailed documentation. Be comfortable leading workshops and engaging effectively with business stakeholders. Understand integrations with third-party applications. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. While not mandatory, experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies and Workday certifications are advantageous.
