We are looking for a driven professional with 3–10 years of experience in Workday Finance implementations. The ideal candidate possesses deep functional knowledge of finance processes and can skillfully translate business needs into robust system solutions, playing a pivotal role in our clients' digital transformation journeys.

Key responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, designing effective Workday Finance solutions, and configuring modules. You will conduct workshops, gather requirements, and perform fit-gap analyses. Preparing crucial documentation like FDDs and BRDs, and collaborating with technical teams for customizations and integrations are also part of this role.

Further duties involve system and UAT testing, supporting deployment activities, and providing end-user training with comprehensive manuals. You will also assist with data migration, validation, and cutover, alongside troubleshooting functional issues and offering post-go-live support, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Required qualifications include 3–10 years of hands-on experience with Workday Finance, covering the full implementation lifecycle. Essential functional expertise spans modules such as Financial Data Model (FDM), Financial Accounting, Budgets, Procurement, and Expenses. A solid understanding of business processes and best practices, coupled with strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills is vital.

Proficiency in requirement gathering, solution design, and documentation is expected. The ability to conduct workshops and interact effectively with business stakeholders is crucial. Experience with integrations and a strong foundation in functional consulting, business process analysis, and client communication are key competencies for success in this role.
