Support clients in designing, implementing, and assessing privacy programs aligned with global regulations (GDPR, DPDPA, CCPA, UK GDPR, PDPA, POPIA, HIPAA). Embed privacy-by-design principles into systems, products, processes, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), and other risk assessments. Develop and review key privacy deliverables such as Records of Processing Activities (RoPA), data inventories, and data flow maps. Assist with vendor privacy reviews, Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), and cross-border transfer assessments. Advise on privacy implications within Responsible AI and AI governance frameworks. Contribute to proposal development and client presentations for data privacy and protection services.

Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or Bachelor of Law degree. Possess 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity. Demonstrated experience in supporting privacy compliance and implementation programs across various global privacy regulations. Proficiency in embedding privacy-by-design across systems, products, and processes. Working knowledge of leading privacy regulations like GDPR and DPDPA, including DPIA execution. Experience in conducting DPIAs, PIAs, LIAs, and TIAs. Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into practical controls. Strong documentation and communication skills, with experience producing client-ready deliverables. Experience working with privacy tools such as OneTrust, BigID, or Microsoft Purview is advantageous.
