Key responsibilities involve supporting expatriate tax compliance, including tax return preparation and client briefings. You will assist in payroll tax reviews and mobility-related computations, coordinating with international teams and stakeholders. The role also includes support for immigration, social security, and cross-border employment matters, alongside preparing advisory notes and client deliverables. Additionally, you will contribute to labor law compliance reviews, advisory projects on key labor codes, and review statutory compliances.

Client and project management are integral, requiring the preparation of reports, presentations, and client communications. This includes managing multiple engagements for timely delivery, coordinating with internal teams, clients, and government authorities, and maintaining engagement documentation while adhering to risk management procedures.

Ideal candidates will possess a qualification such as CA Inter, CS Inter, CMA Inter, MBA (HR), LLB, B.Com, or M.Com. We are seeking individuals with 1–4 years of experience in Global Mobility/Employment Tax, Labour Law Compliance/HR Compliance Advisory, or Payroll Advisory services. Essential skills include a strong understanding of Indian labor laws and social security regulations, knowledge of expatriate taxation and payroll compliance, excellent analytical and research abilities, and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Effective written and verbal communication skills, along with the capacity to collaborate with domestic and global stakeholders, are crucial.
