This role is within the National Tax practice, focusing on Mobility Core services in Kolkata. Our global tax professionals deliver integrated solutions across various tax disciplines, helping clients navigate rapid changes. Key responsibilities include supporting expatriate tax compliance and briefings, assisting with payroll tax reviews and mobility-related computations, and coordinating with international member firms. You will also support immigration, social security, and cross-border employment matters, and prepare mobility advisory notes. Additionally, the role involves supporting labour law compliance reviews, advisory projects on various labour codes, and reviewing statutory compliances for PF, ESI, and other regulations. Client and project management tasks include preparing reports, presentations, and communications, managing multiple engagements, and coordinating with stakeholders.

Candidates should possess qualifications such as CA Inter, CS Inter, CMA Inter, MBA (HR), LLB, B.Com, or M.Com. The role requires 1-4 years of experience in Global Mobility/Employment Tax, Labour Law Compliance/HR Compliance Advisory, or Payroll Advisory services. Preferred skills include an understanding of Indian labour laws and social security, knowledge of expatriate taxation and payroll compliance, strong analytical and research abilities, proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and excellent communication skills. The ability to collaborate effectively with domestic and global stakeholders is essential.
