As a Tax Analyst, you will be instrumental in assisting with tax due diligence for M&A and investment transactions. Your responsibilities will include researching direct tax, FEMA, company law, and regulatory matters. You will analyze financial statements, tax returns, and transaction documents, while also supporting transaction structuring and corporate reorganization projects.

Key duties involve preparing comprehensive tax reports, client presentations, and advisory notes. Effective coordination with client teams and external advisors during transaction execution is essential. Furthermore, you will contribute to knowledge management initiatives and business development efforts, enhancing the firm's expertise and service offerings.
