Your responsibilities will include conducting client engagements professionally and in line with contractual agreements. You will prepare and file individual tax returns, e-TDS returns, and draft submissions for tax authorities. Advising on outbound/inbound structuring, managing immigration, and provident fund aspects for expatriates are also key areas.

Operationally, you will assist in executing work within a team, ensuring adherence to the firm’s methodologies and professional standards. You'll utilize electronic working papers and various software applications for research. Developing technical competence, analyzing data for tax products, and thoroughly checking documents for inspections are essential. Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in client relationships is paramount.

We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, both written and oral, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The role requires the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines, coupled with strong analytical and numerical abilities.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic self-starters and team players with a keen eye for detail and excellent time management skills. A certified CA qualification is essential, along with 0-1 year of relevant experience.
