Lead functional discovery and workshops for order management, translating business needs into detailed functional requirements. Analyze current processes to identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with architects and integration teams on design impacts. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution, ensuring end-to-end traceability of requirements. Mentor junior analysts and support business subject matter experts.

Configure and support SAP PP modules including MRP, BOM, Routings, Production Orders, and Capacity Planning. Work on demand management, batch determination, and shop floor control. Enhance planning efficiency using MRP strategies. Support SAP QM modules like Quality Planning, Inspection, and Notifications, ensuring integration with PP/MM and compliance with standards.

We seek candidates with 7-10 years of SAP experience, focusing on the PP and QM modules. A minimum of 1-2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects is essential. Strong knowledge of integration points between PP/MM/SD and QM/MM/PP is required.

Hands-on configuration experience (SPRO settings), master data setup, and troubleshooting production/quality issues are crucial. Familiarity with S/4HANA environments is highly desirable. Experience with batch management, classification, and variant configuration is a plus. Basic ABAP debugging knowledge is preferred. A Bachelor's degree is required, and SAP certification in PP or QM is a preferred qualification.
