We are seeking a skilled Analyst with expertise in SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PAPM). This role involves designing, configuring, and delivering comprehensive SAP PAPM solutions, leveraging a strong understanding of financial processes and SAP architecture, particularly within S/4HANA and HANA environments.

The position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to finance transformation initiatives and enhance business finance capabilities.

Key responsibilities include configuring and implementing SAP PAPM models with custom allocation logic, process flows, calculations, and rules to meet specific business needs.

You will perform data modeling, integrate with SAP S/4HANA, BW, or third-party systems, and design high-performance logic utilizing HANA capabilities. Translating business performance requirements into technical specifications and delivering optimized PAPM applications is crucial.

This role also involves participating in end-to-end implementation phases from blueprinting through hypercare support, ensuring accurate technical documentation, and providing ongoing support and enhancements post go-live.

Candidates should possess 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SAP PAPM implementations, including at least one full-cycle end-to-end project. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Engineering, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are considered a plus.

Essential skills include an in-depth understanding of profitability analysis, cost allocations, performance modeling, and financial planning concepts. Proficiency in HANA modeling, SQLScript, and integration with SAP and non-SAP sources is necessary. Familiarity with SAP FICO, BW/4HANA, and SAP Analytics tools is also important.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to articulate technical and functional concepts to diverse audiences are essential. The ability to foster strong interpersonal relationships, collaborate effectively within a team, and manage stakeholders is highly valued.
