Join our dynamic team as an SAP MM IS-Retail Analyst in Mumbai. This role is pivotal in driving functional excellence and innovation within enterprise technology for the retail sector.

We are seeking a strategic thinker to analyze business needs and translate them into robust SAP MM and SAP IS-Retail solutions. You will be instrumental in enhancing our retail merchandising, procurement, and supply chain operations, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

Configure and support core SAP MM processes, including purchasing, inventory management, and vendor management. Design and implement SAP IS-Retail functionalities such as merchandise and assortment management, store replenishment, and retail procurement.

Partner closely with business stakeholders to optimize retail operations and inventory. Participate in SAP implementation, enhancement, and support projects. Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with development teams for custom solutions.

Support system testing, defect management, and data migration activities. Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules like SD, FICO, and WM/EWM. Provide post-go-live support and recommend continuous process improvements.

This opportunity requires 4-6 years of hands-on SAP MM consulting experience, with a minimum of 2 years focused on SAP IS-Retail projects or retail implementations. You should possess strong expertise in key SAP MM modules and a good understanding of retail business processes.

Experience with SAP MM integration with SAP SD, FICO, and WM/EWM is essential. Familiarity with implementation, rollout, and support engagements is also required. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is necessary, with certifications in SAP MM or SAP Retail being advantageous.

Preferred qualifications include knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Retail, SAP CAR, and Agile methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are a must for effective collaboration with business users and cross-functional teams.
