Provide essential day-to-day functional support for SAP FICO processes, catering to both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA users. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues across SAP FI and CO modules.

Key duties include: - Supporting configuration and maintenance of core Finance and Controlling processes (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, CO-PA). - Assisting with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities. - Supporting account reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit requirements. - Gathering and documenting business requirements for enhancements and process improvements. - Preparing functional specifications for system changes and developments. - Collaborating with technical teams for issue resolution and implementation. - Participating in SIT, UAT, and defect management activities. - Supporting master data maintenance and migration during projects. - Maintaining process documentation and training materials. - Ensuring compliance with finance controls and SAP best practices. - Collaborating with MM, SD, and other teams for end-to-end process support.

We are looking for an Analyst with 2-4 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience in implementation, enhancement, or production support.

Essential qualifications include: - Strong understanding of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) business processes. - Proficiency in GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, and CO-PA. - Experience supporting financial closing, reconciliation, reporting, and audit processes. - Proven ability in incident management, production support, and root cause analysis. - Understanding of SAP integration with MM and SD modules.

Desired attributes: - Exposure to SAP configuration, testing, and change requests. - Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance concepts (Universal Journal, New GL, Fiori) is preferred. - Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing tools is desirable. - Basic knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, financial controls, and accounting principles is beneficial. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and customer-focused environment.

A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or IT is required. An MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CMA Inter, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage. SAP FICO certification is preferred.
