Provide comprehensive day-to-day functional support for SAP FICO processes and business users. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and production support issues across FI and CO modules. Support the configuration and maintenance of core finance and controlling processes, including GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, and CO-PA. Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities, ensuring accurate reporting. Support account reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit requirements. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for enhancements and process improvements. Prepare functional specifications for development tasks and coordinate with technical teams. Participate actively in testing phases (SIT, UAT) and defect management. Assist with master data maintenance, migration, and validation activities. Prepare and maintain process documentation, test scripts, and training materials. Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and SAP best practices. Collaborate with MM, SD, and other cross-functional teams for end-to-end process support.

Possess 2-4 years of practical SAP FICO experience in implementation, enhancement, or production support. Demonstrate a strong understanding of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) business processes. Exhibit knowledge of key SAP FICO sub-modules, including GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, and CO-PA. Proven experience supporting financial closing, reconciliation, reporting, and audit processes. Hands-on experience with incident management, production support, root cause analysis, and issue resolution is essential. Understanding of SAP integration with MM and SD modules is required. Exposure to SAP configuration, testing activities, and change requests is beneficial. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance concepts (Universal Journal, New GL, Fiori) is preferred. Exposure to implementation, rollout, enhancement, or AMS support projects is an advantage. Knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing tools is desirable. Basic understanding of IFRS, GAAP, financial controls, and accounting principles is preferred. Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, customer-focused, and fast-paced environment is a must.
