Join our dynamic Enterprise Technology & Performance team as an SAP FICO Analyst in Ahmedabad. This role is crucial in ensuring our enterprise technology drives functional excellence and supports innovation. You'll be instrumental in configuring and supporting SAP's Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to precisely meet evolving business needs.

As part of this role, you will engage in critical activities including requirement gathering, system testing, and seamless deployment. You will also be responsible for documenting vital finance and controlling processes, working collaboratively with business users and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, drive enhancements, and maintain optimal SAP operations. Your primary focus will be configuring and supporting SAP FI/CO modules to align with business requirements. You will contribute to requirement gathering, testing, and deployment phases, while also assisting in the documentation and design of basic finance and controlling processes.

Prepare detailed functional specifications and support development efforts. Coordinate closely with business users to effectively resolve issues and implement enhancements. Actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, and go-live activities. You will also support integration initiatives across FI, MM, PP, and SD modules, ensuring a cohesive system landscape.

We are seeking candidates with 0 to 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration. A solid understanding of SAP implementation methodology is essential.

Experience with Financial Accounting or Controlling modules is required. Familiarity with supply chain processes and their integration with FI is beneficial. An understanding of business processes such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C), along with the production cycle, is highly valued. Knowledge of implementation methodologies and project phases is expected. Strong analytical and communication skills are a must, along with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A BE, B.Tech, or any full-time graduation degree is required.
